No. Treatz is free for customers. Shops pay a monthly subscription through the Clover App Market.
We never see or store your card number. When you link a card we save a one-way fingerprint made from parts of it, so we can recognise it at Treatz shops and nothing else. You can unlink it any time in the app.
Each shop sets its rate, usually $1 = 1 point on the amount before tax and tip. The rule is shown in the app and on the counter screen, and every point earned or spent has a line in your history.
If your card is linked, there's nothing to scan. If not, the code stays valid for 72 hours. Type it into the app or scan it from your receipt.
No. You only get messages about your points and rewards. Offers and promotions only arrive if you switch them on, and you can switch them off again in one tap.
